How do I know if Julia Holian & Associates is the right coaching partner for me?

It’s important to choose a coach that you feel comfortable sharing your true goals and interests. This starts in our initial call before we even get started. We’ll walk through where you’re at in your career and where you see yourself headed. You’ll have a chance to ask lots of questions and get a sense for how we’ll work together.

Does Julia Holian & Associates specialize in helping people in specific industries or career specialties?

We’ve worked with professionals in all industries and professional career sectors.

Do I have to meet in-persona with Julia or her team in order to use her services?

Individual Clients: Ideally, we like to meet our clients in person at least one time as we’re getting started, but this isn’t always possible. Many of our clients live in other parts of the country, so we may try to set up a video meeting, but if the phone is all that’s available, that’s what we’ll use. At the same time, for those clients who live and/or work in the East Bay and are able to come to our Walnut Creek office, we’re happy to meet you there. Corporate Clients: Julia always meets corporate clients at their offices to get a feel for the company culture, environment, leadership team, and company’s needs and goals. After our initial meetings, group coaching sessions should take place in conference rooms selected by the client, and individual coaching sessions will occur either in person or by video or phone.
