Career Coaching

“You are never too old to set another goal or dream a new dream.”

~ C.S. Lewis

Most people fall into their careers. They don’t start with a specific plan or career strategy. They need a job! They need to make money, pay the bills, and try to have a little fun along the way. And then life happens. Good things, bad things, unexpected opportunities, pleasant surprises. That’s what life is all about.

Career Coaching, Job Search, Leadership Coaching, Job Interview, Bay Area, San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, Hayward, Fremont, Berkeley, Career CoachAt some point, most people look at their career, their lives, their choices, and wonder, “How did I get here? Is this what I really want to do?” And those questions are usually followed by “I want more.” Or “How do I get to the next level?” Or, “This isn’t what I thought I would be doing.” Or even, “How do change the direction I’m going in?”

It’s one thing to ask these questions. But what do you do next? Most people experience huge fears at the idea of making a change. The challenge seems too big. The risks feel too…risky. “What if I fail?” “What if I make a mistake?” What if…?

Isn’t it worth it to have the career you really want and to live the life you want to live?

Let’s look at the work you’ve done, the skills you’ve developed, your personal talents and strengths, and what would give you the satisfaction you’ve been missing. Let’s paint a picture of your ideal career and what it could look like. How would it feel to be doing what you love and to reach the goals you’ve been dreaming of? How would it change your life, your relationships, your energy, and your personal fulfillment to finally make your move?

You owe it to yourself to be you. To follow your dreams. To live and work the way that feels right for you. Whatever is holding you back we’ll face it, and we’ll figure it out.
